This is one of the worst calibration system ever they have a third-party logging in so called guarantee 10 minutes, but it takes him about almost 40 minutes for they could do a static or dynamic. I highly recommend a different program program than this air pro worse the worst diagnostics system.
I've done at least 75 calibrations with airpro. The tech support is unmatched. The customer support challenges the tech support. I've dealt with so many technicians doing auggie calibrations.. my two favorites are Nate and Lorenzo. My sales rep CJ, awesome also. Steve Zinanti the trainer has been hands down LEGIT and my go to for all help needed. Also, Vicky Zody has always been prompt on sending out new equipment when desperately needed. Anyone who is on the fence about airpro diagnostics... specifically glass shops... give them an opportunity. Great service even after you pay them. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Nate, Lorenzo, CJ, vicky, and especially Steve for always backing me up.
As a regular user of the AirPro Diagnostic tool, I would like to point out how quick and efficient their program makes our diagnostic process. Our Rep Kevin is also fantastic to work with, as well as, his team. Whenever we have any issues (which is in short supply) they are always very quick to respond and helpful. Great quality product for a great price.
Over the past 18 years in the Collision Industry I have seen the incredible advancement in vehicle technology first hand. Things that were 'Futuristic' are now considered Standard Equipment. Cameras, Radar sensors, Information/Entertainment systems and monitors for almost every moving part of a vehicle are common place in today's cars. Keeping up with the latest Technology has been an exhausting affair! AirPro Diagnostics has become OUR Technician, OUR Teacher, OUR Consultant and OUR Expert while navigating these deep waters day in and day out. I do not know how anyone can run a successful Collision Shop without AirPro as a partner. They have quickly replaced the need to send cars to Dealerships and Specialty shops for Diagnostics and Calibrations. Cars that were being delayed several days are now being completed in several minutes!!! AirPro Diagnostics has a very personal feel to their business as well. The men and women that we speak with are extremely helpful and 'Go Above and Beyond' all the time to help us. They never have a problem explaining or teaching one of our staff about the technology in question. We have a very deep Respect and great Love for our friends at AirPro. They help us every day to better serve our customers and to be successful in this ever-changing industry. We can be confident that when a vehicle leaves our facility we know our customers are SAFE and we have used the best in the business to ensure that safety! We use Air Pro services 3 to 9 times a day and they always do a fantastic job. We receive a detailed report showing all the safety systems are functioning properly. If there is a fault found they will help you locate the problem and rectify it. Highly recommended Rick Hughes Fleet Operations Manager
