If you want a honest review of an AC company you can trust with your business, please read below. I've been saving this review, but recent events make this the perfect time to post it. On June 30th, I noticed the house was a bit warm, but chalked it up to a typical summer day in our "easy-bake oven" of a home. However, when my husband got back after 5 PM, he realized our AC was completely out. We’d been band-aiding the system for years, but this time, given the existing issues, a quick fix wasn't going to cut it. We reached out to a few local companies, and Air Innovations, LLC called back right away. They were at our house within 30 minutes that same evening. They quickly diagnosed what we already suspected and offered financing with highly competitive rates that easily beat out other staples in the Keystone Heights area. They scheduled the installation for the very next morning. The crew was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Removing the old system and ductwork, then installing the new slab, ductwork, and unit only took a combined 4 hours—and that included the time spent waiting for the new unit to be delivered to the site! Fast forward a month, and the system has worked flawlessly. We've been super happy with it. So, why share this now? Yesterday evening, despite a rainy and overcast sky, the house felt warm again. My husband noticed the AC compressor and fan weren't running. We called Air Innovations, and they walked us through power-cycling the unit. When that didn't do the trick after 15 minutes, they planned to schedule us for tomorrow. Instead, unbeknownst to us, they arrived just shortly after! After running diagnostics, long story short... it wasn't the AC unit at all. Our Google Nest Thermostat had died without warning! We felt so silly pulling them away from their families on a Sunday evening, but we are incredibly grateful for their top-tier customer service. From the very moment we contacted them both times, doing business with them has been an absolute pleasure. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If you’re in Keystone Heights or the surrounding area and want an AC company that's local to the area, and one you can genuinely trust with your business, choose Air Innovations, LLC. 5 stars / two thumbs up
Highly recommend! Arrived within an hour of our initial phone call and fixed within the next hour. Explained everything in detail. I'm very grateful for air innovations quick service and quality work!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received! They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with our A/C, and honestly explained that repairing the existing unit would not be worth the investment. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they went above and beyond to get us a new A/C unit installed and back up and running quickly. Their entire team was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and truly cared about helping us. We are extremely grateful for their prompt service and excellent work. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C service or replacement! You won’t be disappointed!
I had just gotten home from being hospitalized and our AC wasn’t working. I called and they were here very quickly and had the part replaced in less than 45min. He was very friendly. Will definitely recommend
Words can’t express how much we appreciate Air Innovations, LLC. Our AC went out at our Church in Melrose, so thankfully I found Scott and his team of professionals on Google search . They came, diagnosed our problem, give us a more than fair price to fix our commercial unit. You can’t go wrong with their prompt service with superior customer service!
