The tone was set for me when I walked in and 4 employees were at the front desk eating fried chicken and fries off Styrofoam plates as if there isn't a break room. Making the office smell fried chicken even after they were done. Unprofessional for a doctor's office. Speaking to the doctor he said my name and tried to give me a drug with out actually trying to talk about anything.
Went to get tested so I could share my results with my partner. Staff was very kind and professional throughout the whole process and everything went well. I enjoyed the professionalism and highly recommend.
This is a wonderful place where teens can go without their parents and get tested and this is so important that teenagers have a place they can go without being embarrassed or in trouble by their parents to make sure that we keep Jacksonville healthy and clean you know what I mean. Thank you so much for your services for the youth of Jacksonville!👏🏼
I’ve been calling this place everyday past week, cant get anyone to answer the phone!!! All I’m trying to find out if this place is real and I can come after work for a walk in at 2 ( I live almost hour away and have to get a ride) but can’t get ANYONE to respond!
Excellent staff and services provided. Made me feel welcomed and not embarrassed for services rendered.
