⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Westbrook is truly amazing! She is incredibly patient, attentive, and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. I especially appreciate how thorough she is when it comes to my heart health—she makes sure everything is checked and explained, which gives me so much peace of mind. Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor and reminds me of Dr. Hollinger who formally worked there. Beautiful spirit and personality ✨️, hope she can be my primary physician now. She listens to her patients and cares. Blessings 🙌🏾!
It was okay I didn't get a chance to visit with my primary care doctor. Seeing someone new is kinda stressful. Explaining all that's bothering you to a new person is a bit much.
My family member had a DAT scan completed last Tuesday and we have been trying to reach Agape Clinic for the results and guidance. Since Wednesday we have called multiple times every day (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and again today). Each time we were told that a message was sent to the provider and then “escalated to a supervisor.” Despite these assurances, no one has called us back. This situation is especially concerning because the patient is experiencing worsening Parkinsonian symptoms including tremors, falls, and hallucinations. These are serious neurological symptoms that require timely follow-up and medical guidance. Repeatedly being unable to reach anyone or receive a return call from the provider is unacceptable when a patient is actively declining. We are simply asking for communication and appropriate medical follow-up. I hope someone from the clinic sees this review and contacts us immediately. I won't hold my breath....
Westbrook helped me to get all the stuff done the first 2 appointments were supposed to take care of thanks again great job
