This location closes 8pm. My 15 year old was in the changing room a 7:40. The lights were turned off while she was in there changing. The employee said the manager makes them turn them off (before closing time?!!) I get it that quitting time was upon us, but this seemed malicious. Upon telling the manager (something I usually do not do, but I'm appalled, coming from customer service and retail background) she says the lights are "on a timer"(issa lie) The employee was the only reason we continued and purchased the clothing, she gave us a discount and seemed very courteous. I get that it was getting close to end of shift, but my child suffers from nyctophobia and was in tears when she came out. Is it too much to ask to close at the time listed online? I wish people would care just a little bit more. If my child would have had an episode because the manager's wanting to leave early, I would be sending this complaint with a subpoena. That bubba kush could have waited 5 more minutes.
Only one star for store presence. Considering that I was the only person in the store, I’ve never been so intentionally ignored. Not even a ‘hello’. I walked in front of the register where neither the associate nor the manager uddered a word.
The customer service in this orange park mall location is horrible the lights were tuned off so if you want to shop you’re going to be shopping in the dark and this was 30 minutes prior to closing when i came in not sure how long the lights were off so if the owner is wondering why your sales are down you can thank your employees that you pay to do a job that they don’t seem to care about manager too. Hire people who need a job because your current staff doesn’t care about your company at all extremely rude to your customers. I’ll drive across town to shop at the town center or avenues location from now on.
The 2 young ladies working here were very rude to me on 03/20/24 . Acted as if I was an inconvenience to their time. The manager really needs to teach them how to respect and help customers.
Sales associates were more concerned witn hangers than cashing me out. I stood there and waited. Nothing. I finally just walked up to the register where i wasnt greeted or even acknowledged. They continued to talk amongst each other while lacking urgency. Prior to that i needed help but couldn't find the only working individual there (young black guy) so i ended up not getting somethings i needed. Horrible customer service and rude cashiers.
