I went here a few days ago with my daughter and I did not like the customer service. We weren’t greeted while entering or anything. While my daughter was in the dressing room an older white man walked in and he was greeted and even told that the jeans were on sale BOGO free & I didn’t even know that. Regardless of signage I should have been treated just the same. While I was in the dressing room my daughter was putting her stuff away that she just tried on & one of them asked was she looking for the dressing room so after we paid and left I went next door & was greeted by the most lovely lady at American Eagle.

The two workers were both so sweet and helpful! One was a young male manager and the other was a young female. The store was clean and tidy too!

no manners and low quality jeans, i ordered jeans online and they came used, so i called customer service, told me to return at a store or ups, then called the store which they said it was fine to return and would be marked. so i went, and this tan asian girl did nothing but later told this old white woman about it , and declined? even though i had tags and a receipt, i just got it a day ago, saying no was one thing, but with the rudest tone saying no, more things as well, just so stingy and cold. with the ugliest faces being made. never again. 70 for what?

Our daughter asked us to come in because she was shopping with her friend and noticed that the sales were extremely good. So we came in and not only were the sales fantastic but we were treated well by the sales staff. The entire shopping experience was so enjoyable that I plan to return with my daughter again. Job well done to everyone in this store.
