Advantage Dermatology, PA

Had a minor procedure done for one of our children. It wasn't fully healed so we returned back regardless and paid multiple co-pays and saw the amount they billed insurance. They're making well over $1k over a very minor treatment and even sent a biopsy (incurring additional unauthorized payments I didn't know about nor think was necessary). Remaining balance of $96. I called them twice to address and see about waiving since we had to go to another dermatologist to properly fix. Now they want to send to collections for $96 even though they made a bunch of $$$ from our insurance, co-pay for two appointments that took 20 minutes each. Do not recommend considering they refuse to goodwill waive our remaining balance.

I have a lot to say about how terrible my experience was, but for the sake of the Google review, I'll say this. Four different people came into the exam room during my procedure and none of them washed their hands when they came in the room, or when they left. It'll be a miracle if I don't end up with hepatitis b from this place.

This was the quickest Dr appointment I’ve ever had! Based on the reviews I was hesitant to do any business here, but upon arrival I was pleased to see a nice waiting room. I was greeted warmly by Tatiana, the front desk staff who showed me where bathroom and snacks were as I was feeling lightheaded. Less than 5 minutes wait and I’m checked into the room and I was discussing with my provider Jackelin Hernandez who was friendly and professional. Got my treatment done in less than 10 minutes.

Great experience for my several visits to Advantage Dermatology. The dermatologist, Jasminh Flanagan, was extremely thorough, personable, and explained things very well for my complete understanding. A completely professional experience!
