Dr. Willens and his entire staff are superb in every way. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been a patient for about 4 years now and can say with conviction that Dr Willens has, and continues to, drastically improve my quality of life. After dozens of doctors, over 6 years of being told “you are going to live in pain learn to deal with it”, or being dismissed entirely, he actually listens to me. He continues to listen to me and validate what is going on in my body due to my complicated medical conditions. Then, together, we come up with a plan to treat issues as they arise. He treats me with dignity, respect, and the utmost care. He has taken the time to get to know my story. He and his team treat his patients like family. I look forward to going to my appointments! I cannot express how grateful I am to be a patient of Dr. Willens. They have made my life better. 🥰
I have been seeing Dr Willens for about 9 years now & I can truthfully say that he is the most caring Doctor who really helps me get through my pain issues. I would absolutely recomment him for any pain issues. Also, he has a great friendly staff.
I would like to say this is a wonderful Dr. he listens to your needs and your wants. And then he puts a plan together and then on your next visit, he tells you his plans for you and explains everything and if you don’t understand, he will walk you through it step-by-step until you understand it he is wonderful at listening to his patients. He is very caring and cheerful and always has a smile on his face when I first walked into this Dr’s office, I hurt so bad I could barely move now he has me up and moving. I would give this Dr five stars. Plus if I could He is awesome and I would recommend him to everyone that is looking for a pain management Dr. Dr.Michael Willens and don’t let me forget about his staff members. They are wonderful Also they go beyond the distance on helping and caring
We’ve been to several Pain Management offices. This place is the BEST. Missy at Front Desk, his son who checked us in and Dr Willem himself made us feel welcomed. Wish we had found them sooner.
Dr. Willens and his staff are top notch. When you walk into the front door, the staff greets you with a big smile and hello as if they’ve known for a long time. Dr. Willens, is by far, the best pain management doctor that I’ve ever been too. He is professional, compassionate, gentle and understanding. The office itself is beautiful and super clean. The staff will not disappoint you!
