Very friendly and easy to talk to staff, and very clean office. I was a new patient so it did take a minute to get called back, but nothing inconvenient. I saw Dr. Carmen and she was very knowledgeable on my condition and very informative with all her answers.
Doctor
Friendly, attentive staff, very clean office. Dr. Tiffany B made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was personable and provided valuable advice. I didn’t feel like I was just a chart she had to get through. She offered additional information on things to try that were OTC that do not require RX which I appreciated.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how beautiful the office was. It was clean and the decor is beautiful. The front desk lady was very nice. The nurse that came to get me to go to the back was very nice. The area where the exam rooms were was just as nice as the waiting room. The doctor was so sweet she explained in detail about my concerns. She was so nice and thorough. Thank you so very much.
Tiffany is an incredible dermatologist, and one of the best providers I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about her patients and is deeply invested in helping them get the best outcome. I love going here. :)
Please don’t book an appointment with this Dermatologist!!! You are not seen by a Dr it’s just a nurse that has no clue what they are doing!!! She really didn’t listen to my issues just kept smiling ready to prescribe something! She prescribed Rx’s that didn't work! I specifically told her what didn’t work for me and she prescribed it anyways!! How crazy was THAT!! ! They have you sitting in the lobby waiting forever!! Please find you somewhere else to go!
