I had a wonderful experience. Everyone from receptionist to the assistant and the doctor were very pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend. I made an appointment for my son as well. The office is clean and presentable. No concerns here.
Always feel listened to and cared for. Never feel rushed, multiple questions asked and answered in a kind and informative way. Dr. Genebriera and medical tech Blythe were patient and helpful. Love this office and staff.
I had a great visit with the dermatologist. He checked my skin carefully, explained my treatment plan well and answered all of my questions. The office staff made sure that everything was going smoothly.
The first time I went to this office over a year ago, I didn't feel my problem was addressed properly. Now I am seeing a different provider, Khaai Nguyen, and I am very pleased with her. She understands my issues, is very caring, and offered me an important service that no one has ever offered me, and I am an older lady . This is a service very important to my overall health.
I add my annual skin cancer check at Advanced Dermatology with Khaai. She was very helpful and I was pleased with her knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. She answered a number of questions that I had and I look forward to seeing her again on my next checkup!
