Brian Prince is a great guy! He towed a car for me many years ago and he remembered me. I remember it was my son‘s first car. Prince is knowledgeable and helpful. The consummate professional. My Yukon may not be running so great but it is back home safe and sound thanks to your great company, and no doubt one of your best employees.
I didn't get my tow driver's name, he was amazing!! Very respectful. Very polite. He put himself between the traffic and myself. He kept my EV safe on the flat bed. No I didn't run out of battery, I had a flat tire on I95N!! When I called the office they were very helpful and kept me up to date on the drivers arrival. The driver even called to check to make sure we were OK and told me he was 10 minutes away. Feeling blessed & greatful. If I ever have to use a tow company I pray it would be this company!!
These guys just get the job done and do not complain about a bad situation, or having a weird spot to potentially have to tow the car from. Each time I have needed roadside assistance these gentleman show up promptly and professionally. Car issues can suck so anything to make it easier goes a long way. Thank you to Atkinson.
I used roadside assistance through my insurance and Addison Towing was the responding company. Prince was the tower and he made a stressful situation great. He let me know when he’d be arriving, his service was stellar. If you’re in a bind and need a tow, Addison is the way to go.
My car was disabled.I scheduled a tow through my car insurance. They recommended Adkinson towing. Time of arrival was decent and Dillan called me to assure I was safe. He towed my car and took me home. When the truck pulled up it was this nice clean tow truck. Dillans customer service was awesome. He was kind and had such a sincere and professional personality. Thank you all for helping me feel safe and I would recommend anyone reading this to call Adkinson towing for your towing needs.
