Cody has been a blessing as it pertains to limiting my lower back pain by implementing golf related hip mobility stretches and workout regiments for strength. In this process we have also found areas that have increased speed and agility which has been welcomed.

The Physical Therapist is great. Very knowledgeable and totally committed to helping me improve, including changing exercises that will focus on what is needed. Very helpful. The facility at South Hampton is substandard. Yes, the right equipment for my needs are there, but the facility is a detached garage without a rest room. The facilities at Palm Valley are much better. The South Hampton facility is the only reason the score isn't higher. the PT is super.
