Carey took phenomenal care of us. He went above and beyond fixing not just what I brought the vehicle, there for, but addressed several other issues as well that my mechanic overlooked. In fact, there was an issue with the brake lights, and he also made that right at no charge. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!
Action transmission was phenomenal with their customer service in fixing the issues with my truck. Kerry the manager was helpful and kept me in the loop on what was needed to repair my transmission. I would highly recommend anyone with transmission issue to go to Action Transmission.
The mechanical work seemed fine, but the billing was deceptive. I dealt with Carey upfront. The original paperwork I signed says no 3 % fee for debit cards, yet I was still charged and the Carey refused to honor what’s written saying “oh well, I am not removing that 3%.” Very disappointing. I am working to get my 3% because it’s the principle…why have it in writing for it to not be honored?
Action transmission was very professional. Curry kept me posted on everything that was being done, he contact , the warranty company and put the work order in right away i just want to say thank you to the guys that put the transmission iIn in a timely fashion. I recommend and I appreciate there honesty.
Terry & crew did an wonderful job! Thank you guys for your professionalism and care of repairing my car!
