(We rented through this company 2014-2016) First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the WORST property management company that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. It started from Day 1 when Diane would not even send me the lease for me to look over before signing. On the day of move in she told us that she would send us the lock box code by a certain time. Diane did not send us the code until 3 hours after the time she had specified. We tried contacting the office, her phone, and her assistant Rachelle. No one would answer or respond. We have jobs and lives and this was completely disrespectful of our time. When we finally got the keys we noticed that there were no mailbox keys. We contacted her to receive them and she claimed mailbox keys were "non-essential items" so she didn't have to provide them to us. Apparently receiving your mail over a years time at your residence is non-essential. On top of all this we were told that the home would be cleaned before move in and upon entering the residence it was clear that that was not done. Both times renewing we were never contacted ahead of time to let us know of any changes in rent or that renewal was even coming up. We had to contact her both times; with one time her only giving us two days notice that the rent was getting raised on the new lease. When I received notice that my job was transferring me we gave her 45 days notice of the break of lease and she reacted completely unprofessionally. She started making up fees that weren't in the lease that we had to pay and when I asked for documentation for my work, since it wasn't stated in the lease, she said "It's not stated because tenants aren't supposed to be breaking the lease! If you don't want to pay the fee then you can pay out the rest of the lease!"Finally upon move out we had the carpets cleaned, patched and painted the walls, and cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. She took $150 out of our security deposit for "Janitorial Fee", $50 for a "Utility Fee", and another $150 to patch the walls. We left that place spotless and she never sent us receipts for these "fees" so who knows where that money went. We were good tenants who were never late on rent and never caused any issues. The way she treated us was unacceptable. I don't usually like posting bad reviews but I would hate for other decent people to go through what we went through with Diane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was renting a house that Rachelle was managing and she was very reliable and easy to deal with. The owner sold the house and she stepped up to help me find a place to buy. It was not an easy process due to the lenders and the place I wanted but she was in my corner the whole time and got me through it! I definitely suggest action reality!

Action Realty Group is a great property management company. They have a great understanding of the market and how to place the tenants in the right property. Rachelle has been great to work with. She works with a great group of contractors to make necessary repairs. She takes care of my rental property as if it was her own. I will definitely be using ARG with my future rental properties.

I love ms.rochelle I have been renting for almost 2 years I never had a problem with her..now it's time to buy and she's helping find the right house...thank u so much for everything u do
