Repeat client that needed sump pump replaced. Had a tech come out and said I would have quote by 6pm that night. Never got quote. Called office next day and spoke with a lady that said she would work on quote. Still not quote so called back later in the day. Got an over the phone estimate that carried by $400 and said I wanted a written quote so I knew exactly what I was ordering. Never got the quote. Was charged $110 for the service call but I feel like that should be refunded since after 3 attempts to get a quote I never received it?? I went elsewhere for $600 cheaper and great service. They lost me as a customer and someone that will refer.
Took over a month to inspect charged me 110$ And after over a week never gave me an estimate so I went with someone else
Great customer service and work! Thank you guys
