As someone who has been in real estate for over 20 years, I am appalled at the behavior of FBC Mortgage. They now have my personal mortgage and have over $7000 of money owed to us and keep taking $700+ a month bc they refuse to do an escrow analysis to STOP taking our money each month and REFUND the money they have that is not theirs. Would NEVER EVER recommend them OR have a colleague recommend them to their customers.
In an industry full of false promises frequently met by a painful reality, I feel confident when I refer clients to FBC Mortgage that they will receive the highest level of care, commitment, and expertise. The entire team at FBC Mortgage strives to take great care of their clients’ needs while exceeding the clients’ expectations, all while working to complete the required mortgage steps in advance of any and all contractual deadlines.
FBC Mortgage made the first time home buying process a breeze. They beat all competitors' rates and ensured a stress free closing. If you are in the market for a new home, I suggest you check with them before agreeing to a mortgage with any other lender; you won't regret it.
FBC Mortgage was a dream to work with. They provided me with the best service in Jacksonville and were always available whenever I had any questions regarding my mortgage. On top of that, they provided me with the best rate I could find. Will definitely do business with them again.
FBC Mortgage did a great job with my daughter, who was a first time homebuyer in May. Travis took care of the process without a glitch! It couldn’t have been easier for her. Stress free! Many thanks!
