DO NOT GO HERE AT ALLLLL STAY AWAY one of the worst experiences at a company I have ever experienced talked to a Kathryn Mcovy she was verrrryyyyy unprofessional and made errors on my cousins insurance and said he was married and is not due to translation error and instead of her correcting her error on new insurance and quotes she instead sent us away and told us to do it ourselves and get our own insurance I have never experienced anything like that and in fact tried to make it seem like it was something we were lying about when in fact it was Kathryn’s negligence of making a error and would not at all own up to it and mad at us that she made the error and now my cousin is having issues with insurance other places due to this negligence on her part she should very well be reported STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST YOU ARE BETTER OFF LOOKING ELSEWHERE OR DOING IT YOURSELF
Acrisure Insurance Agency/Fletcher Insurance Agency is one of the most unprofessional, condescending, incompetent and contemptuous group of people I have ever worked with. They handle our Condo Community Insurance, but not much longer, and have never worked to secure the best premiums or outcomes for us. They love to cash their premium checks, but will NOT work on the behalf of their clients. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you expect courteous, responsible service and also expect your agent to work diligently to secure the best insurance options on your behalf.
