Ace Medical St. Augustine is wonderful. Kat K at the front desk is always such a pleasure to interact with and always has a big welcoming smile on her face!! Richa is the sweetest and most genuine M.A. they have ever had. She is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable because let’s be honest, this medical treatment is very sensitive and confidential. Manny has always been extremely supportive and offers such great advice and medical care. He truly does care. I don’t even know where to start with Stacey, and also Shawn. Stacey is a godsend and has always been there for me. She is so supportive and kind. Shawn is always willing to talk and makes it so accessible to speak with him regarding any issues. He also has a weekly zoom support group which he has messaged me every week since meeting him. Shawn and Stacey really do care and Ace is the best it’s ever been in St. Augustine. Thanks Kat K, Richa, Manny, Stacey and Shawn!! Great staff!!
Went to get my ADHD medication today and was treated worse than I could have possibly imagined. The Nurse Practitioner tried to prescribe Wellbutrin for my ADHD and said she diagnosed me as depressed. I am extremely happy with my life not with this visit. I walked out with no help at least . Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend

I have been a Patient at Ace Medical for over 5 years now. That in itself says a lot. The over all care I’ve received has been wonderful. Dr. Manny is not only Professional but he is a very caring Person. I’ve been through a few Health issues, & he always makes sure to give the Best Care. Also whenever I call the Office or even leave a Message Nancy always makes sure to call me back. She is extremely Courteous & Sweet, while always remaining very Professional. Sarah & Kristy are the Nurses & they are both very warm & caring. I would recommend Ace to anyone, whom wants Personal care, in a Professional yet warm environment.
Ace medical has gone way above and beyond for me. I can always talk to someone or text the office. They can even help with getting insurance. I recommend this office and its employees. Unless you are looking for a pill mill. The go somewhere else. I hear there are lots in Jax.
