Didn't have time to write on my experience originally. I have been driving a long time. Insurance has always been an issue because I couldn't afford it, especially after a few points on my license. The two young ladies that assisted me at this location was wonderful. I was helped by Rihanna (apologies if I misspelled it) and her coworker. It actually started with wonderful agent from their Tallahassee location. I apologize dear, but your name evades my mind. Anywho.. they worked their little bottoms off finding me the best, and I mean THE BEST, deal I have EVER seen on MY full-coverage. I am forever grateful because I was on the verge of losing my car. You guys stopped that and gave me insurance I can actually afford! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ❤️
I called wanting to get a better price for my car insurance. No accidents, no claims and I was being charged over $200 a month! Cecilia Jackson was so nice and patient with me and got me the same coverage for less than half of what I was paying with my old policy. Very grateful for her assistance and the time she took with me to explain things I didn’t understand. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you feel like you are overpaying with your current policy. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out sooner!!! :)

Great customer service Rihanna help me get non owner rental insurance she was very, understanding and patient and kind very knowledgeable about everything she was offering and doing :)
