Service was fast, efficient and courteous. Rasheed ran ahead of schedule, maintained great communication, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner. I also signed up for a maintenance package because I had been meaning to do it anyway, and I was impressed with the level of professionalism of this company. While there might be less expensive companies out there, I was extremely impressed overall and consider my money to have been well spent.

I was having difficulties with the thermostat that AC panda installed for me. It was not displaying. Worked through that and then still no compressor kicking on. So Shelby at the main number suggested that I use a shop vac and basically suck out the gunk in the drain line coming off of the interior unit. Well, I did that and darn if the compressor didn’t come right on and I’ve got cold air blowing and I love love, love Shelby and I love AC panda and thank you guys so much for all that you’ve done for us. I really appreciate you but especially especially Shelby!! Buy that girl a Starbies, Or better yet give her a raise so she can buy her own Starbucks!! She’s a keeper! PS. Had to call them back out next day for minor related issues and was fortunate enough to talk to Brandy and have John Michael do the work. Cannot say enough good things about both of them. They and their company were a lifesaver on a hot August weekend.

I have had AC Panda do a lot of AC work for me. My first experience with them was so positive from the very beginning. I had a major problem that another AC company I had used, just stopped responding to my calls because they were unsuccessful in finding out how to fix it. I had asked friends for recommendations for an AC company and they told me AC Panda. Rasheed came to my house and reassured me that they would find the issue and fix it. And they did. I have used them ever since then (3 years). They have amazing customer service and support and I recommend them to anyone who needs AC service!
