I was not happy with this company at all I don't recommend them The nurse that came out was going to change my wraps on my legs with out putting anything on the floor under me to which I have wounds on the bottom of my feet that don't need to sit on a bare floor ever He did not bring a clean pad to put under my feet Glad I could find one to use Then I guess he told the owners of the company I refused any more services to which I never said that was a lie Then when I called and told her I never said that She said she could send me to intake to fix it I'm like no I'm good cause they had already dismissed me for their services I said no don't send me there I would never want a company to come out to me that just said a ball face lie I'm good I will find a different home health service Unbelievable just unbelievable be careful who you let come in your home

My father is with them now and I do not like the service. My father has a sitter with him daily and they don't leave any notes I don't know what's going on with his progress. The staff at times has been a know show. They don't call the right numbers. I don't even know how often the nurse is to come out since he has only been out here two times. The Therapist is very good but the service over all is not good. I gave 2 stars for the Therapist not the service.
I have been with this company for years... I have trouble getting the supplies i need for my care... This happens every time they change DON well they have lost this patient and i dont reccomed them to anyone...
They never answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail, unbelievable!
