I chose this company because of its 4.9-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience was HORRIBLE. Daniel came to my home initially to rekey two doors. I did not have a key for one of the doors, and he advised that I needed a completely new lock. I was okay with that, and we discussed the price beforehand, which I also agreed to. He completed the work on both locks, but when I checked the garage door lock, he attempted to convince me that the vertical position meant the door was unlocked. I explained several times that vertical (up and down) means locked, while horizontal (sideways) means unlocked. At that point, he became frustrated and began speaking in Spanish, which made me feel uncomfortable and agitated. While I was checking the locks to make sure everything was working properly, he repeatedly asked whether I wanted to pay by Cash App, cash, or card. I had to ask him to please give me a moment to inspect the work before discussing payment. Unfortunately, I now have to call another locksmith in the morning to address the garage door lock. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Service was perfect. Quick, reliable. Definitely 1000% recommended
Tom was an incredible service technician he got me out of a pinch within minutes. I had no way home if he didn’t come quick as I was low on gas and my car was running. Wonderful man.
I had two key fobs made by Alex and he was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely fast, very professional, and super nice throughout the whole process. The work was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Abi Locksmith and especially Alex for anyone who needs quick, reliable, and friendly locksmith services!
Called at 10:00 pm after getting locked out of tv. Came promptly, great service, very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
