Incredible, well maintained community amenities and always improving. Aberdeen is a fantastic, family oriented, community minded neighborhood zoned for highly rated public schools. Fun activities and food trucks throughout the year. Saint Johns Florida - a great place to call home.
I don’t visit the center often but when I do I like the place. Pool area is nice and the guards seem diligent.
Such a great neighborhood pool. My kids love going down the water slide. I wish they had a splash pad area or baby/toddler pool. The playground is nice but gets too hot on summer days.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The administrative staff constantly yell at people. There are numerous restrictions: no swimming rings in the pool, no leaning against lane lines, and more. While I understand the need to maintain the facility and avoid liability for injuries, the staff's attitude is the problem. If you have any little disagreement, they will threaten to suspend your access card. I can't understand why I would pay HOA fees to hire people to yell at me at home. I'm here to relax and have fun with my family, not to be subjected to constant yelling, whether directed at me or others. It creates a very unpleasant environment.
Amenities are good BUT it is too crowded! Please build more pools in our area as the community on Longleaf Pine is growing so fast! Need a kiddie pool/splash park too for little ones.
