Dropped off my down comforter, mattress protector, sheets and pillow cases. Picked them up, nothing smells good. My sheets had a coffee stain and a blood stain on them, still did when I picked them up. Washed them when I got home and the stains came out. Charged me $40!! Do not recommend.
DO NOT USE this facility. The washer ruined my clothes and brand new sheets. CASSIE was extremely rude and took no responsibility when I attempted to ask for a refund. Blamed it on me and didn’t even want to look at the washer I used. I hand washed my items at home and I as left with filthy water in my tub which meant the water from the washing machine wasn’t clean. I was disgusted. Use at your own risk.
The owners are very unpleasant, rude, and just plain ugly to customers. Horrible experience washing a load of laundry.
Went in this AM as my dryer stopped working. As I was opening a dryer to place my clothes, a man working there told me that dryers were only with wash. When I asked for clarification, I was just told “ cam’t you read the sign on the wall?” He was very rude. None of the dryers were running. There was just one other gentleman there doing his laundry. The place was not busy. I recommend you go elsewhere! RUDE!
While on vacation we were in a “pickle” needing laundry done quickly. Chin at ABC Laundry was so very helpful! He took care of our laundry while we had breakfast- washed and folded all the clothes with care. He’s honest and professional!
