I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated at this location today warranted one. My car battery died in the parking lot. Before calling AAA, I politely asked the employees if anyone could help me with a jump. I was told it was against company policy. I can accept that if that is genuinely the policy. What I cannot excuse was the attitude. I explained that I work in law enforcement and simply asked whether there was any possible way someone could assist. Instead of responding respectfully, the employees sneered, looked away, and acted as though I was an inconvenience for asking. A few minutes later, another customer came out, saw what was happening, and graciously jumped my car without hesitation. I am extremely appreciative of that person because they showed the basic decency and concern that was completely absent from the staff inside. This review is not about employees being required to violate company policy. It is about how customers are treated when they need a little help. A respectful “I’m sorry, we aren’t allowed to do that” would have been enough. The dismissive and disrespectful behavior was not.

Very nice store...manager was filling cooler and engaged in a conversation asking if he could help. The ladies behind the counter walere great too. Will definitely be visiting this particular store in the near future.

I’m not going to that place anymore! So much ridiculous drama and bad attitudes from those female cashiers. I guess some people just never grow up!!

Great place they know what they're talking about and if you're having a hard time trying to find something new they can point you in the right direction and it always seems to work out they know their stuff I love the place. 10/24/19 all the females there were extremely helpful store was very clean restroom was very clean couldn't ask for more great customer service even though they had a line was very Speedy got through it quick got in and out I really appreciate that thank you
