Excellent service, diagnosed my problem in minutes, explained the process and then provided me with an estimate. I agreed on Friday and brought the car in on Monday, Had the car back by 4 pm. no surprises just straight up this is what we are going to do, this is how much it costs and Done! Will be back for any other repair my car or my wife's car need in the future. Aaron and Rhoda are the nicest people I've had to deal with when it comes to car repairs and I can tell you they are way better than anyone I have talked to at dealerships. Totally recommend this shop for your car needs.
Far as I’m concerned they are the only mechanic in Jacksonville. They have maintained our fleet of vehicles for a couple of years now & always kept their word & done fantastic work. . We have also purchased a utility van from them that’s on the road daily and no problems. I will only take any of our vehicles to them.
My\nCar started running hot. I came in and Aaron boys jumped right on it. Service and were great and they were cordial .
My a/c compressor went out, they diagnosed it, got the parts and had it fixed within a short amount of time. My a/c runs like a dream now. Michael is a miracle worker and Maddie that runs the office is the sweetest person and very helpful. I never take my vehicles anywhere else.
