Office very professional. Dr. Bates and the nurse practitioner were extremely thorough with their explanations.
First appointment to review Surgery options after my Doctor left the practice. Very good communication and made me feel at ease with the upcoming procedure. I am now happy the other Doctor left. No one wants surgery, but when you feel at ease after the first meeting, that says something!
The staff was really friendly, getting appt was quick and easy. There wasn't a long wait time to be seen. As for the doctor himself, I would say he's good at what he does, very professional, answers thoroughly and listens well.
He is truly the best. Absolutely impressed how our son was taken care of by Dr. Bates and his entire team.
Dr Bates is the best doctor I’ve ever worked with. He did my ACL replacement and meniscus repair. As a surgeon, he did a fabulous job, but more importantly, his bedside manner and genuine concern for me as a patient (and not a number) was unmatched in my experience. So lucky I was referred to him. Thank you Dr Bates!!
