I really really wanted to leave a good review. The manager, Mark was fantastic. He helped me get my car checked-in when the shop wasn't open, he got me absolute full coverage on my engine replacement and a few other warranty parts, and he was incredibly kind and seems like very good person. Overall I had good service, even during some bumps throughout the process. But when I left... I noticed my tire was flat within 10 minutes of leaving the shop (I'm going to call that one an unlucky coincidence). And then when I got up to speed on the interstate, my skid plate was hanging from my car and started scraping when I went above 60. I got a new tire and had my skid plate removed. But then I just went to get an oil change. They showed me my coolant was testing as water, and was completely clear when it should be a yellowish color, and I have an oil leak.. on a brand new engine. As much as I appreciated Mark and everything he did for me at this shop, I feel as though somebody cut corners when putting my engine in. And it has already costed me, and will cost me more to fix what they did improperly. I would have given a lower rating if not for Mark's service experience.

We had an issue with our car randomly not starting sometimes and we took it in for a diagnostic which was cheaper here at AAMCO than other places we got quoted. They were super thorough with our diagnostic and helpful in explaining all the codes to us. The staff is amazingly sweet and I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future if we have any other issues. I highly recommend them as your first choice.

Mark and the lady at the check out desk were very professional. I had a scheduled transmission service and it was explained in detail and ready when promised and at a fair price. The customer check in/check out area is very clean and inviting. If you need any services done “other than paint and tires” as Mark says, this is the shop.

This Location has great customer service, they communicate with you through our the entire process. I must add that I was initially told a 3-5 day turnaround for my transmission replacement however it turned Into 13 days. I know sometimes things are beyond the shop’s control when considering things being shipped but I think the turnaround timeline should be adjusted. The price was comparable to other ships so do your research. Mark provided great customer service and I think is the face of this location. All in all a good experience and the timeline for the repairs is the reason for my 4 star rating vs 5 star. Thank you AAMCO Now let see if I will have to use this 3 year/100000 miles warranty.
