I have been a AAA member for 13 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Here’s a smoother version: Yesterday was the third time in a row that I had to call for roadside assistance, and once again, no one showed up. I accidentally locked my keys in my car with the engine still running at around 10:30 p.m. At approximately 1:10 a.m., AAA updated the estimated arrival time to almost 2:00 a.m., but no one ever came. In the past, I only needed to use their service occasionally, and they were dependable. However, since moving from Massachusetts to Florida, the quality of service has gone downhill. After waiting for so long, they simply gave me the option to find and pay for my own locksmith and submit a reimbursement request afterward. That’s not the kind of assistance I expect from a roadside assistance membership. You can’t count on AAA to provide fast, reliable help when you actually need it. Because of these repeated experiences, I plan to cancel my membership next year and look for a company that stands behind its promises.
Ask for Mr. Marlon, he has great quotes for insurance (homes, auto, rental, etc.). Everyone at this location is more than willing to help you, superior customer service. All the workers there are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend getting membership at this location. They also do passport photos.
I have been living at AAA Mandarin North for 5 months and my experience in this place has been very good.The girls in the office are friendly and very professional. The neighbors in this place are calm and quiet. The times that I have placed an order for a problem in the apartment, the office has quickly sent the repair service from the maintenance guys, their service has been fast and efficient, I have never had to wait for a long time, especially the Poul's work. He is the maintenance manager, Poul is helpful and always in a good mood, he shows a high standard of professionalism, his behavior is friendly and respectful. In general this is a place that I recommend to live.
