Called today and was trying to renew my membership with AAA got connected to a agent named Angela Thomas and conversation was going good until she gave me false information and over charged my card and I ask her about and stated she got confused and got angry because I questioned her about my money and her customer service of false information and she wants to argue. How can you sell insurance or anything without knowledge, knowledge is power. I understand people make mistakes , but why get into argument about something you made the mistake on.
My first time visiting AAA and the service was amazing! Ashlie S greeted me upon arrival with the friendliness smile and she was very professional and quick , I came in to get my International Drivers Permit at the Orange Park location took less than 5 mins and the office was sooo clean and quiet .
Needed to get something notarized and got it done right away
Picked up travel guide /pamphlets. Very helpful staff & received quick service. Even was offered coffee /drinks while waiting. Best AAA office experience over the years!
This is the second time we needed a tow over the past couple years and it took over 4 hours! We asked the driver when they were called and it was 3 hours after our initial call. This is just unacceptable!!! The tow drivers have all been great but AAA is not doing a good job. Why can’t we just get a list and call the tow company directly???
