  I used to love this place and the petite Portuguese woman sold me on my 1st visit. I just loved seeing her each time thereafter. I recently found out she retired. Let me tell you things are not the same. I know the owner was in the middle of a new experience seamstress, but the owner took my order for hemming for my child’s pants for school. Not only did I pay at drop off (never did that before, it’s always been at pick up), but I also arrived 1day past scheduled pick up date to find they didn’t know where my kid’s pants were. What?! The owner took them the drop off day. So I was told to come back Monday. My husband came back Monday. Same story; can’t find your kids pants, don’t know where they are; I think the owner had them still. Told to come in Thursday for pick up. Initially they couldn’t find them, my husband was about to pop. Then the associate called someone and found them. What is going on?! Lack of communication, unknown location of items?! There was no discount for us driving 30 mins 1 way each time to pick up the items, no discount, nothing. I hate to say this because I am a creature of habit; but you just lost my business.
