I contacted about an HVAC issue, and my experience was unacceptable. The mechanic was aggressively confrontational and raised his voice for no valid reason. It became evident that his demeanor changed dramatically when my father joined the call, suggesting a bias based on gender. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution.
