Dr. O is incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and genuine care for patients. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, organized, and always ready to help with a smile. Exceptional experience from start to finish! From check-in to answering all my questions, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr.Oleksandra took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. My hygienist was absolutely wonderful—truly the best I’ve ever had. Did my cleaning today with hygienist Madina and felt so welcomed and really taken care of. Madina was very friendly, nice, and genuinely caring, doing her best to solve my problem and treated me really well. She shared some great recommendations, took time to learn my history, and consider my needs, as well as gave me quite a few cleaning tools to help keep my teeth healthy, so I left home with a huge bag of essentials haha. Overall I felt so cared for and appreciated, thank you so much! This visit made my day, realising how people love what they do and spread kindness and do their job with their whole heart, is so precious. 🫶🏻

I’m not a person who likes to go to the dentist. As a child my parents couldn’t afford for me to go at all, back in those days. Finding the right dentist is a challenge for me. Need them to understand where I came from as a younger person and trying to overcome the fear I have. But with my first visit to a new dentist, A Smile Resort, has changed my mind of visiting this dentist for the first time. They truly were amazing staff from their smiles when I entered their building. Still nervous but a little relaxed. Filled out paperwork and then here I go into the chair and start. Did exrays of all my teeth and the lady I had, sorry, can’t remember her name but she was amazing and always asked if I was ok and explained everything before she did it. Truly she was great and that made me feel comfortable. Thank you for taking me in as a new patient. They were wonderful and I believe I found the dentist that I can call My Dentist of Choice
