I highly recommend Dayana Granados as an insurance agent She is, without a doubt, the best advisor I have worked with. She always takes the time to find the best insurance options based on my needs, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I get the right coverage at the best value\. What stands out the most is her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help She is always available when I need her, responds quickly, and resolves any questions or issues efficiently If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and truly caring insurance agent, Dayana Granados is the right choice. I recommend her with complete confidence
So I moved to FL from NY in 2023, I had no idea about the difference in car insurance between the 2 States. Dani took the time to explain it all to me and set me up with the 2 vehicles I had at the time. Since then my daughter, my wife, and myself have gotten new vehicles. Just by shooting an email with the dealer paperwork she just hooks me up. Cannot say enough good things about them!
I've been a customer by a couple years now. They have been excellent with me and with the people I have recommended them. Dayana and Dayi helped me out numerous times with my company and personal paperwork... super recommend
With no reminder or notice canceled my policy after 11 days unpaid then told me I would have to pay 2 months and keep the same due date to re Instate lady was rude on the phone as if I had no other option than pay whatever she wants .
Good service and excellent place where you can find a good price for your car insurance and they also speak Spanish too
