I have been going here for all my dental work for several years and I absolutely love the staff. They are amazing. Dr. Kimberly is very knowledgeable, gentle with your dental work, and always understanding and patient. Kathy does a great job with coordination and customer service, and everyone from the front to the back, has been so super nice. I literally drive over an hour to go here because I’ve never had a dental office where I felt so comfortable and cared for. They always have appointment availability and I just feel like they are good people who really care. Thank you! You guys are very appreciated!
My partner has been trying to get his implants all worked out and wearable for 3 months now. I understand the time and process but after they came in they can't get his bite corrected. he has been there multiple times and now he might not have any teeth for Thanksgiving. The staff is nice but for the thousands of dollars you pay for these it seems, even thought they reasure you that all is good, that they don't know how to fix things properly. I pray and ask for prayers that all goes smooth. Ask lots of questions and hope I can come back and give a better review. But this started the first of Setptember. *** UPDATE AND EDIT He went today and got the final fix and fixt. They are perfect. I change my mind. It is just a process and we needed to practice patience. Thank you Better Smile
Horrible. Promised me sedation dentistry, and when I get to my appointment, I find out there's only gas available, i received insufficient amounts of gas and was awake for the whole procedure!!. This lady ripped over twenty teeth out of my head while I was wide awake for it and crying in pain the whole time due to inadequate or insufficient amounts of novacaine/gas. Did a complete butcher job on me, gave me ventures that did not fit... I told them the day I walked out of their office that the teeth were too big for my mouth period they said they would do a reline.I came back for a reline, and it was still way too big.I was gagging on them. I called and called to try to get these people to offer me some teeth that fit my mouth, because they build my insurance for it, and were paid for it. When the dentist refused to see me and kept sending me to one of her dental assistants ( who told me I was letting the devil win, and that's why I was having such a bad experience, not because the teeth didn't fit, but because I was letting the devil make me feel afraid...My mistake for letting them know.I was a Christian... Because they use my faith to manipulate and abuse me) i called my insurance because I was so frustrated. Apparently my insurance called these guys who then dropped me as a patient. Leaving me in pain with shards of broken bone, poking through my gum. And no teeth. But having billed my insurance for it made sure that I could not get another set through anyone else!!!! Do not let this woman butcher your mouth as well. If you read through the reviews, all of the good ones are paid for reviews.All of the bad ones are accurate because the good ones praise employees and dentists that aren't even a part of this practice. ! If you look on their website and look at the reviews you'll see there are inconsistencies. It's almost like people have been paid to copy and paste. Good reviews very unspecific.Praising staff members that are not even employed by this facility! Read deeply, and you'll see that consistently. There are complaints about shoddy work. And ill fitting dentures. It took me a year to post this review, Because I was so traumatized by the situation. You would be better off pulling your own teeth And ordering dentures through the mail than ever letting this woman near you
Awesome experience with A Better Smile 😁! Dr.Clark is a very skilled dentist and she was AMAZING & Fast! My surgery went well and of course, it goes without saying, Karen is a great assistant. The entire staff were nice and helpful to relax me for the surgery. It was quick and easy. I will never go to another dentist. Truly, a life changing experience. I just had surgery yesterday and the pain is not that bad either. They are the absolute best 💖 I will recommend them to anyone needing a dentist. PS the office is beautiful and clean as well.
I am a cancer patient with no vocal cords and called today on Text to speech. Liberty Dental called them and they told them, that they couldn't get me in til November. So i called them. After Ingrid HUNG up on me 3 times, she finally listened and then said, she couldn't get me in this year. I asked her to make an appointment and she said NO. I asked for the office manager and she said they dont have one. So i asked for the boss, and she said THAT IS ME and HUNG up again; This lady needs a reality check,
