  ::I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE AGENCY::: I called their office this morning at 9:00 AM to speak with someone about my policy after making several previous attemtps in the last couple days. The hours for this office states "open 24 hours" on google because the owner doesn't provide their real hours of operation which is 9:00 - 5:00 PM. If anyone calls their office outside those hours, then be prepared to have your call answered by some misleading AI bot that speaks to you like some California teenaged hippy girl. The bot will state that all agents are busy taking calls even when the office is closed with nobody there. This initially lead me to believe that I can just call back a little later which was futile because they were already closed, and their hours don't indicate that on their google listing which again is super misleading. When I calmly complained about this to Becky this morning, and explained how it would be better if they just had a regular answering service or voice mail indicating the office is closed with the hours of operation. Becky then laughed at me to which I responded sarcastically "Oh yeah, it's really funny" to show that her laughter wasn't funny or appreciated at all. She responded, saying that she laughed because other customers have made similar complaints about their AI bot, which makes me wonder how many other customers has she laughed at. I told her in response, that I will be finding insurance elsewhere asap even if it cost more. To me, it would be worth it just so I don't have to deal with their apathetic misleading customer handlings, and their horrendous AI bot. Don't be fooled by these people with their birthday cards into thinking they actually care about you as a customer because they truly don't. You're nothing to these people except someone who puts money in their pocket as proven by the experience I just had. Edit: I am very much a customer with this agency even if the owner does their usual by stating in response to bad reviews that "we don't have any clients under your name". I do not publicly reveal my real full name on any review.
