I would give this place 0 star but there’s no option for zero. I came here to get a dress altered and they told me to pick it up 4 days later. I tried to pick it up on the 4the day as I was told. I waited for 10mins because she could not find my dress. After 10mins of waiting, I started describing the dress and what needs to get done. She finally remembered and said she forgot to do it. She asked me to come back the next day. So, today, I picked up the dress. And she charged me $25. I did not try the dress on because they do not have a proper fitting room. When I initially dropped off my dress, i I had to change in a tiny room behind a lady that’s sewing! When i got home and tried the dress on, it’s exactly the same as how I left it. No alteration has been done! She could have called me and told me that the dress is not done instead of pretending that it is and charge me. Don’t go to this place. Very unreliable, disorganized and a cheat!
I have spent close to $75 or more a month at this cleaners everything in the beginning was good and then my clothes started disappearing she lost two or three of my shirts expensive shirts she lost an expensive pair of sweatpants. The last time I went she handed me my order after I had paid for it took the receipt off and when I looked at the receipt and I was missing a shirt she knew I was missing the shirt that's why she did it the way she did it I don't understand all the money I spent there and for her to do what she did but I got my stuff and I'm never going back I would advise anyone not to use this service
Dropped a suit and dress shirt needing dry clean. Was supposed to pick it up by Saturday at 5pm. I totally forgot bout it. Scheduled to fly out early Monday morning for a sales meeting. I called the cleaners after hours to my surprise phone was answered. Told her the situation. She told me she would meet me Sunday morning to get my suit. This is more than first class service. She really cares about her customers. Now she has a loyal customer for the future and I will tell everyone I know.
The dry cleaning is wonderful and affordable. However, alterations can improve some. In many cases the items aren't finished when requested. This is taking time and mileage on my part.
This review is for alterations at this dry cleaners. Do not take anything important there ever for alterations. They absolutely destroyed my mother of the groom dress. It was unwearable. Dry cleaning is fine but alterations, NEVER. You should go to a professional seamstress.
