Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We intentionally chose to support this local business because we believe in supporting local companies and wanted to give them our flyer-printing order. Unfortunately, what happened was completely unacceptable. We were told that our order would be ready for pickup. When we arrived, the order was not ready at all, and no one had bothered to contact us beforehand to let us know there was an issue or that the order would be delayed. We made the trip to the store based on the information they gave us, only to find out that they had not been able to complete the order. Mistakes happen. Orders get delayed. That is understandable. What is NOT understandable is the way the situation was handled. Instead of simply explaining the situation and offering a sincere apology or a new pickup time, the man working at the store was extremely rude, aggressive, and confrontational. His behavior toward customers was incredibly uncomfortable to witness. He was making inappropriate and hostile sounds, speaking harshly, getting into arguments, and behaving in an intimidating manner toward customers. At one point, his behavior became so aggressive that it appeared he was physically confronting customers. A simple “We’re sorry, your order isn’t ready yet. We apologize for the inconvenience and can have it ready at [another time]” would have solved the entire situation. Instead, the business failed to complete the order, failed to communicate the delay, and then treated the customer as though the customer was responsible for their mistake. That is not customer service. That is not professionalism. And it is certainly not how a business should treat people who are making an effort to support them. We wanted to support a local business, but this experience was a serious reminder that supporting local does not mean accepting disrespect, hostility, or unacceptable customer service. If you are considering using this business, be aware of the possibility of your order not being ready when promised and, more importantly, be prepared for how the staff may respond if you question or address the issue. Extremely disappointing experience. We came in as customers trying to support a local business and left feeling completely disrespected.
904 Printing has been amazing for everything I’ve needed! They got my order done quickly with a fair price, and it came out fantastic. The guys I’ve talked to at the store are good dudes too. Definitely recommend!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was extremely disappointing. I stopped by the store to check on my order in person because my email had gone unanswered. I was shocked by the way I was treated when I simply asked about the status of my order. The salesperson I normally work with wasn’t there, and the person who assisted me instead was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked when my order would be ready, he responded by angrily cursing at me. I was completely shocked that someone would react that way to such a simple question. The entire interaction made me feel disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. Because of how I was treated, I immediately canceled my order and decided to take my business elsewhere. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. Respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard in customer service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you value being treated with courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
After struggling to find an affordable printer that could offer quick turn around for a funeral, 904 Printing came through for our family! After offering condolences on the passing of my dad, Dez worked patiently and efficiently with me to get us what we needed super fast and the items they printed are such beautiful quality! Definitely will use again.
I've used a lot of print places over the years and by far this is the best place I have come across and used. I've had everything from prints to T-shirts made by them and they have been on top of everything. Very professional and fast. I believe they go above and beyond for their customers and treated me like this the very first time I used them and kept treating me this way to this very day. Spend your money here if you are tired of excuses and mistakes along with shawty work.
