Went in for a consult for my wisdom teeth as a new patient and left happier than ever. Miss K greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and got me seen asap! They were able to squeeze me in same day for the removal of 3 wisdom teeth! No sedation and I didn’t feel any pain at all! Dr Shah was awesome. They were even able to get my fillings done at this visit as well. Dr Chomko did all 3 fillings super quick and gently. But the best experience I had was with my amazing assistant Maria. She is fantastic and walked me through everything every step of the way. I highly recommend 904 Dental Care as they are quick, caring, and efficient.

Broke a tooth and had to get an emergency extraction and bone graft since it was too broken to salvage. I had an appointment an hour and a half after calling where i met lindsay and dr shaw. These two were absolutely amazing. Im not the biggest fan of dental work but i had absolutely no pain i highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. Unfortunately i do not live in jacksonville but I would gladly come back to them anytime.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt at ease before beginning. The extractions themselves went far smoother than I anticipated, and their expertise was obvious throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated how gentle and attentive they were, especially during a procedure that can often feel intimidating. The support staff and assistants were equally amazing. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, patient, and welcoming. From check-in to post-procedure care instructions, the team showed exceptional attention to detail and outstanding manners. They consistently checked on my comfort, reassured me throughout the appointment, and made the entire environment feel calm and professional. What stood out most was how coordinated and caring the whole office was. It’s rare to find a team where everyone works together so seamlessly while still making patients feel personally valued. Their level of customer service, professionalism, and compassion truly deserves recognition. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing dental work, especially extractions or wisdom teeth removal. Thank you to the dentists and the entire staff for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive smooth one. Absolutely 5 stars!

Dr Shah and his staff always do amazing work. They are a small practice, not corporate, and I always fell personally cared for, like they want to know me and help me, not just take my money! He always recommends what I need and works with my insurance to make sure I use my benefits to advantage. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
