In this age of automation and robot customer service, what a treat it is to interact with a human! Dominic has helped me greatly extend the life of two phones now, over a period of several years, at very affordable rates and clear explanations of what needs to happen vs. what's nice to have. He also helped my MIL get into her computer when she was locked out. He doesn't pressure you or try to upsell - just honest, transparent, patient and kind support.
This is the first place I'd send a friend in need of computer repair. The first time I had an issue with my laptop, Dominic took it in for a free diagnostic and found a workaround for my issue that didn't require any new hardware and returned my laptop to me for free. Later, when my laptop charger stopped working, he sold me a gently used charger for a very reasonable price, no haggling needed. Awesome place.
I would give 10 stars. Do I need to say more. Honesty is for me very important thing and yes Dominic is a VERY HONEST. He is not about customers money and inventing the story about a huge issue with computers to charge more. It’s actually opposite .. if he can help you with no a penny to take he will help you out often immediately if you have time to wait. He would tell you what he thinks it’s wrong and often fix the issue on the spot. Not ask for a penny. Yeah .. that’s him ..Dominic. Nice and honest guy with extreme intellect and knowledge. Just for the record today (01/12/2026 I spent about 15-20 minute's and almost every 5 minutes new customer would come..After me 4 people came and while he was charging my laptop that I thought is dead and turned out that my charger was dead. He could say that battery is dead etc.. Just used his charger and computer worked fine.. I also asked for MS Office that he can sale to me .. And again that honesty that I am talking about.. there is a part of Apple software that already has an Apple version of MS Office compatible software for free. I didn’t know that so he could just sell to me MS Office for Mac .. So yes ..if I could give 10 stars I would gladly do it. I like to say that a good things happen to good people like Dominic. Words of mouth are very powerful things and I am sure that his customers are already talking about him and recommending him as I do here and everywhere else. Thank you Dominic. Highly professional and great to work with! Dominic clearly has a passion for working on PCs and related systems while also putting the customer first. I was hesitant at first to have someone else look and work on my PC but after meeting him and talking about the issues all of my worries were quickly put to rest. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Dom is awesome. My family and I have been using him for years. We even get used iPhones there in great shape. He's helped with so many of my kids phones.
