Whoever is driving the big truck with the forklift behind it on 207 by 312 on 4-23-26 needs some safety driving classes.

Absolutely unreliable installation service and poor quality of work. They installed windows and doors on a new construction home with work completed in December. In January it was pointed out to them that 4 of the windows they installed were the wrong windows. They didn't even match the other windows they installed so the installers must have noticed the issue but installed them anyway. Their supervisor also did not notice the issue. Two of the exterior metal doors they installed also started to come apart. And none of the windows had snap caps, or handles installed. They made multiple trips to come and install the mullions and handles but each time they came, they were still short of parts and their repair team would leave handprints and dirt and boot prints everywhere. Additionally, a separate window was installed with mullions that were completely misaligned. In February the company promised to fix all of the issues and said it would take 4-6 weeks to order the replacements and install. It is now almost June and after numerous follow up calls and messages, all of the parts are still not received. It is very hard to trust this company after so many delays. I would advise anyone reading this to use another company for your installation.

We had a major issue last week when someone hired by 84 Lumber showed up at our renovation job and took out the wrong window to install the window he showed up with! This gets worse. The window he set out to install was a totally different size than the brand new one he just destroyed by mistake?!! I heard this company subs out to the point of such poor communication that they lose control. Our contractor is dealing with John on this issue and we are frustrated, inconvenienced and very angry that the installer they sent out not only destroyed the perfectly new window but walked into our brand new shower with tons of dirt under their feet. I cannot begin to tell you how upset we are. I want to know when the replacement will be installed. Time is money and this could become a bigger issue if we wanted to pursue it!
