ordered a medium, paid for a medium, got a small. bless their heart :( slowest service ever too. love their drinks tho
I visited this location for the first time today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. However, my drink was not good. After requesting a remake, the second drink tasted just as bad as the first. Both drinks lacked flavor and did not meet my expectations. While I appreciate the staff's efforts, I would not return to this location based on this experience
This was our first time going there so we did not know what their menu had on it. We asked if they had a menu and they handed us a very small sheet of paper that was very hard to read. I was just going to try their coffee and ask if they had hot coffee and the employee asked me “isn’t it on the menu I just handed you?” We left.. If you’re going to sell $10 coffee, you might want to have someone polite at the drive-through window. Also the music is too loud..
First, love the music playing while waiting in line! Our first visit and we LOVED our drinks. Reece gave amazing recommendations and was so patient and kind. It was truly the best drinks we have ever had. We will be back for sure! Thank you for friendly staff and fast service!
My favorite location and coffee spot by far! Amazing staff, quality, drinks and connection everytime. Evan is my favorite staff member to see each time. We always enjoy great conversation and laughs! Go birds!
