7 Brew Coffee

I got the funnel cake machi. And he got the honey bun. Both frozen. They did not live up to all the hype. The flavor was non existent. We asked for whipped cream and got none. This was our first impression.

I often frequent this location. But after today, I will stick with Starbucks or Elijanos. I ordered two lattes. One of them being without ice. I was served it in a cup and the drink didn’t even come up to half full. The price they charge for a latte and then to not even give it half full because is ridiculous!

I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE TO THANK ADDISON (@the Normandy, Jacksonville florida location) FOR MAKING A SUPRISE DRINK. IT WAS TOO GOOD THAT IM ALMOST DONE AND ABOUT TO GRAB ANOTHER!!! HAVE AN AWESOME GRADUATION!!!!!! WOOP WOOP!!!

Whoever is managing this location is incompetent. The only thing that is consistent here is the girls when taking your order never fail to remind you that the iPad is going to ask you a question and this is pertaining to their tip... How many times do I have to order a drink and you hand it to me and whipped cream and caramel drizzle is dripping all over the top down the sides I mean seriously this is consistent with this location this is completely uncalled for and unacceptable, and it blows me away how you can order the same drink multiple times and it's made different every time, it's like it's never made correctly and it always tastes some kind of different each time. not to mention how many times you order a large and as they're handing it to you they inform you that they are out of large straws like how am I supposed to drink this beverage with a medium straw it sinks to the bottom immediately. I should not be dealing with this type of stupidity there are too many other options in town for these types of drinks it does not have to be 7 Brew I can assure you.
