* 5th Nail Lounge is amazing! The service here is fabulous and everyone is super friendly. Jimmy is very patient, professional, and welcoming. I am so happy with his service and highly recommend him! 💅🏼 I had a great experience here! Jimmy was so friendly and professional—he really took his time to make sure my nails were smooth, clean, and exactly how I wanted them without rushing. The entire salon is spotless, including the restroom, which shows how much they care about cleanliness standards. Highly recommend!

The nails are terrible!!!!! The only thing that was good was my pedicure, the Gelx and french tips are terrible, will have to pay another place to remove this, plus the man doing the manicure made me so uncomfortable, saying I was beautiful, asking if I had a husband, terrible, felt so uncomfortable. (The nails were done today, so yes, he left me like this)

DO NOT get your nails done here. They are NOT clean. I have been getting my nails done for many years and have never experienced any issues until coming here. My mom and I both received manicures, and within 12 hours of my appointment, one of my fingers became red, swollen, and extremely painful. I contacted my doctor and was prescribed antibiotics, but the infection continued to worsen. About a week later, I ended up in the emergency room because the infection had become severe. I have already paid $1,200 out of pocket for medical treatment and am still receiving bills totaling more than $4,000. I returned to the salon with medical documentation and proof of what happened and requested a refund for all the services due to their uncleanliness and sanitation practices. Unfortunately, the salon refused to take responsibility and only offered me $40. This experience has been incredibly painful, stressful, and expensive.

Phillip was the best! He’s very friendly and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in a job well done. My nails are exactly what I wanted! I love them even more than the inspo pics. Will definitely be back.
