The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. It provided a calm, welcoming environment during what could have been a stressful time. The location was also ideal, offering convenient and easy access to the hospital, which made a significant difference for us. What made the experience especially meaningful, however, was the care and attention we received from Kate. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for us. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel supported and at ease throughout our stay. We are deeply grateful for such a positive experience during an important time, and we would highly recommend these condos to anyone in need of a clean, peaceful, and well-located place to stay—with truly exceptional hospitality.
Great value for a home away from home stay. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, U of F Health Proton Therapy Institute, and Jacksonville 1 VA Clinic. The property manager, Kate, was extra friendly and accommodating and the private onsite parking was great. We stayed just above the MAIN STREET CAFE serving the best fish and grits I had oitside my own kitchen. My only complaint would be that the area is a bit noisy, but if your use to city sounds it shouldn't be a problem.
3rd and Main was a great place to stay while at the UF Proton Therapy institute. Only one mile away. Very convenient to all interstates, shopping, dining and lots of fun places to see and do while in Jacksonville. Room was clean and spacious. I have a golden doodle and chiwawa. Kate the Manager was always available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying there.
This is a real gem of an apartment complex. My completely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and made my stay very pleasant. Everything worked like a charm. The air & heat controls were amazingly precise with controls to within 1 degree. The large water heater allowed for very pleasant showers. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, either away or at home. One other nice feature is the gated parking area and secure entrance features for safety and peace of mind. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a very nice place to stay in the downtown area. Kate, the complex manager is so very pleasant and professional. There are no downsides to this place.
We stayed at 3rd and Main in Jacksonville for 8 weeks while my son was undergoing treatments at UF Proton, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, Kate went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported during such a stressful time. Her kindness, compassion, and attention to detail made a world of difference for our family. She was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our well-being. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home—exactly what we needed during a long stay. We are so grateful for everything, especially Kate. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville, I highly recommend 3rd and Main. It was more than just accommodation—it was a place of comfort during a very important time in our lives.
