Best pawn shop in town! Been using 312 Pawn as my FFL site. Dana is always gracious and after just a few times coming in she knew me by name and has for years. All of the staff throughout the years have been helpful and very knowledgeable and most importantly nice!! Dana doesn’t really have any junk stuff that you find at most other pawn shops. Being close to the beach it’s the best place to pick up fishing poles or surfboards. She has a fine selection of jewelry, guns, some furniture, boots, sunglasses and many other items and accessories. Shop and pawn with a locally owned business, not a corporation! Support Local! Florida Man Approved!
Highly recommend! The owner and her employees are the sweetest people ever! They were there for me in what was probably one of the lowest points of my life. They make you feel like youre thier friend. The shop is so cool! not your average pawn shop. Not sketchy. They have everything! Sell New and Old. Lots of Local artists' items. A hidden Gem in St Augustine, Near the Beaxh!
I'm new in town and needed a guitar for practice until my stuff is here. She sold me a guitar with a cracked bridge over $450 and suggested I broke it. Called the shop that day when I found the crack when I got home. Brought back next day, "How do I know you didn't do this". I said dont worry about it, keep the money. And she continued to make excuses even after I said keep money...
Recently a family member lost her Husband. She was selling gold and didn’t know anyone in the business. After one particular visit at a “vault”, she was shaken by the owner’s rudeness. I suggested 312 Pawn and suddenly deals were made possible. Thank you Dana!!! Love me some 312 Pawn!
Working with Dana at 312 Pawn was genuinely a comfort during a time when honesty and kindness mattered most. From the moment my Mom walked in, she treated her with care, respect, and sincerity, and that never wavered from start to finish. This is truly not your typical pawn shop. Dana creates an environment that feels welcoming and trustworthy, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she works with — not just the transaction. Even if you don’t need anything, it’s worth stopping by just to say hello and experience that warmth for yourself. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience my Mom had and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dana and 312 Pawn to anyone.
