1st Place Sports Running: 210

After visiting the St. Johns location over the summer for race packets, we decided to return when it was time for new shoes. Maggie greeted us with a friendly smile when we walked in. We were impressed with her knowledge, respectfulness and customer service skills. Thank you, Maggie, for finding the perfect fit and solution! We will see you again soon.

Kristi is a ROCKSTAR! 🌟🏃‍♀️ My husband stopped into the CR 210 location earlier in the week and came home absolutely raving — like, could not stop talking about how great his experience was — so naturally, he dragged me in to see for myself. Best decision ever! As a total newbie to running, I walked in a little clueless about what I even needed, and Kristi took it from there like an absolute pro. She scanned and measured both my feet to make sure we got the perfect fit, then took her time helping us find the best shoes for our treadmill at home. She was patient, encouraging, and SO knowledgeable — the whole process was fun, upbeat, and informative, with no rushing and no pressure, just genuine care and expertise. Seriously, our feet have never been happier! If you're heading to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Kristi. She is an absolute gem, clearly loves what she does, and it shows. Can't recommend her enough! 🙌👟

We recently got into running and signed up for our first marathon, so we stopped by to pick up some proper running gear. We ended up getting a pair of HOKA Clifton 10 running shoes, along with a few running shorts and singlets. The selection was excellent, and it was easy to find everything we needed for training in one place. One of the highlights of our visit was the foot scan. It was really helpful to see how our feet were analyzed and to learn which type of running shoe would provide the best fit and support for our stride. The staff took the time to explain the results and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us choose the right gear rather than simply making a sale. We're excited to start training with confidence, and we'll definitely be back for future running essentials.

After minimal assessment of my needs, the young crew got me in and out of the store in my 5th pair of Hoka-s!!! I did decline the (very comfortable) shoe insert offer. My satisfaction was despite a hiccup with email that another customer was pointing out as a store issue.
