1st Coast Cargo, Inc.

One of their truck drivers purposely almost ran me off the road today because he refused to let me merge. He kept inching up like a petty child refusing to let me in. The merge was in a construction zone and made the situation very dangerous. These are the type of people this business employees. I would never want to do business with them. Avoid at all costs.

Phil delivered an appliance part for my grandmother yesterday, and I was so impressed with his service! He was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the entire delivery. It’s always refreshing to receive such great customer service. Great job, Phil, and great job 1st Coast Cargo! Keep up the amazing work!

We have used Phil Coast Car Cargo multiple times for deliveries through our business, and without a doubt they have been the best transport company we’ve worked with. Phil is extremely professional, courteous, polite, and always keeps communication clear throughout the entire process. Every delivery has been hassle-free, on time, and handled with care. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, and Phil Coast Car Cargo consistently exceeds expectations. We truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle transportation services.

Set delivery window for 10-2pm with a 30 minute arrival call. 2pm no word from first coast. I called they said their truck broke down and they forgot to call everyone on their list. Rescheduled driver calls 5 minutes out. Claims he broke down. Terrible service. All he had to do was call. Waisted an entire day waiting for them. Not a fan!
