Always craziness going on around this place

The employees are absolutely clueless and NOT helpful and extremely unprofessional, AND THEY LIED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP who we called on the phone! There are plenty of other locations that are more helpful than this one... Don't take your business here, find somewhere else unless you want to deal with lazy employees who refuse to do their jobs... ABSOLUTE TRASH
This t mobile should just close. The woman who helped me was the rudest person I have encountered in 50 years of life. She tossed my phone on the desk and told me to take the case off. Very unpleasant individual. They didn't have a manager because they had quit their job. I understand why . If I had to work with her I would quit also. I called t mobile about the encounter(I have never called about someone's behavior) they were apologetic but that's as far as it went. Next time I go I'm taking backup. My daughter can be a real peach if she wants to act like that. I would find a different t mobile if I needed to find a store.
This is a T mobile store and I received exceptional service from the Black manager who was very helpful. My husband and I both purchased new phones from this very kind young man. Yes I will go back again !!!
Nice and friendly. Would recommend. Just avoid the crafty crab area near Pizza Hut on Wednesday and Saturdays. It just gets really really busy for DJ night and stuff like that****Update.....this place is getting outta control. To many ppl...
