Najib is amazing and I’ve never had any issues coming there over the years. This was my first time having an appointment without parents present and the lady on the phone was very rude and would not even own up to her mistake. I had an appointment booked for 04/08 and the phone number given to her did not receive any texts. She said she never made the appointment because it had to be confirmed FIRST. You can’t confirm an appointment that’s not made. This is my frist time going without my parents so I am new to making the appointment part. She should have told me that I need to confirm the appointment in order to keep it but I was not informed of the confirmation system. Therefore the appointment I had at 4:30 apparently never existed so she scheduled another client. I’m not understanding how I confirm an appointment without her scheduling it. Either way I wish she would have Atleast called or something to confirm if the clients don’t respond to the text confirmation. No form of contact was made with me other than when I myself called to make sure my appointment was still there to which I was then informed it wasn’t even booked to begin with. My expiernce with brother najib himself has been great. Its always been a quick and easy process. It was getting that appointment made that seemed to be an issue.

This dude IS NOT EVEN LICENSED and IT SHOWS!!!!! He literally is robbing the people that come to him and is potentially and most likely participating in fraudulent activity and stealing your money. He didn’t even know what the Lifetime Learning Credit was!!! Something that literally everyone in his position should know, it’s worth $2,000 if you spend $10,000 on education after you graduate. I spent over $30,000 for my tuition, which means I easily pass that $10,000 threshold to receive my $2,000 tax credit. He was completely clueless!! He said that it showed I should only get $1,500 back… SO HE CAN STEAL MY $500??!! Then he REFUSED TO SHOW ME HIS SCREEN bc he was trying to STEAL my money. He is likely stealing your money from you and again he is UNLICENSED and CHEAP for a reason.. because he is absolutely terrible at getting money back for his clients and he is probably STEALING MONEY FROM YOU AS WELL!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!!! (Unless you want an incompetent person doing your taxes)

Najib is amazing and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Shanis has helped me so much and is great with helping me get any information I have needed. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Najib is so unprofessional. Uses his family accounts to make his google reviews better while also committing fraud. His office is a mess with papers thrown anywhere.. no wonder he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
